Large comfortable hotel with excellent location in Bur Dubai: at walking distance from the souks, museum (temporarily closed), restaurants and cafés along the creek. The room was spacious and the bathroom recently renovated (new plumbing). A round table and a large desk provided ample space for laptop + your documents or other objects. I appreciated the "multicultural" electric socket mounted right on the side of the desk. Wifi signal in the room was sufficiently strong and stable during all my stay. Hotel also offers free access to a Business center equipped with 3 PC's (W7) and 1 printer. An ATM can be found outside the hotel, at about 30 m distance. The near-self-sufficiency is completed by excellent in-house restaurants: Chinese, Indian, Arabic/Egyptian (temporarily closed), Pub "Sherlock Holmes", and a Cafeteria. Their efficient and friendly personnel make the atmosphere relaxed and happy, prone to protracted lingering, particularly in the Pub (the Indian couple) and in the Cafeteria (Ms. Christine). I certainly will return to this place at my next visits in Dubai.

I recently stayed at the Arabian Courtyard Hotel in Dubai and had an exceptional experience. The hotel’s location, ambiance, and services are remarkable, but what truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality provided by two Pakistani women at the counter. They were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They ensured all my needs were met promptly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression. The hotel’s facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere complemented their impeccable service, making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend the Arabian Courtyard Hotel and commend the staff for their excellent service. I look forward to staying here again!

A nice and decent hotel in the old area of Dubai. I don't understand why this hotel has pretty bad review score. Although the hotel is a bit old but everything works fine, including the cleanliness. I like the room decoration with Arabic style. Nice "old Dubai view" with Dubai Museum and a minaret (I guess) from room window, especially early morning. A busy neighborhood vibe (which I like) and several nice restaurants nearby, including Arabic food. A walking distance to metro station. If I want to stay in this area of the city, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The price worth the value.

Great hotel near the historic part of Dubai Al Fahidi (walkable). Loved my Arabic style room, and the view of the Dubai Museum opposite (got a good room). The gym was better in terms of equipment than the average hotel gym. I didn't try the spa but apparently there was one. The Sherlock pub had good Indian food. Great laundry service with it coming straight back to the room.

The location and the staff. Mr Peter the manager there is super nice and helpful. He has always been kind and well spoken. Mr Ismail the help staff has always been super active ready to help always. Front desk people were nice as well. There is a cleaning staff when I was in Room 817, I am forgetting his name but he was also very prompt and hardworking. Overall nice stay.
